- Initial conversation — free, no obligation.
- AI Starter Session — $400 + GST. Two short 1:1 sessions with a principal (3 hours total); we find your first AI win and build it with you. You leave with a branded roadmap and something working, not a proposal.
- AI Working Session — $4,500. A fixed-price working session with your team; you leave with a scoped, costed first build, the fee credited against it if you proceed.
- Operations Assessment — from $8,000 AUD, scoped. A deeper diagnostic than the working session; we map where your data flows and where it doesn't, and hand you a costed, sequenced build plan.
- Pilot build — $10k–$60k AUD, by complexity. One grounded, working build, with your team taught to run it.
- Private RAG over your library — $10k–$60k AUD, by complexity. Cited, searchable knowledge over your own documents.
- Embedded retainer — from $500 per month, scoped. Ongoing tuning, new skins, and staff enablement once the first build is live.
- 90-day transformation — scoped per project. End to end: diagnosis, data plumbing, integration, and AI build in one program.
