Hi warranty team,
Need a claim drafted for RO-48217. Customer's 2023 HiLux SR5 (2.8L turbo-diesel) came in with the check-engine light on and the ute in limp mode. Odo reads 41,230 km.
Scan tool logged P2002 (DPF efficiency below threshold) three times — forced regen wouldn't clear it, DPF is blocked solid. Replaced the DPF assembly and ran a successful regen. Vehicle is well inside the 5yr/unlimited-km powertrain warranty (delivered 14 Aug 2023).
