Hi team,
Council carried a Notice of Motion on 4 March requesting a policy brief on installing public EV charging across council-owned car parks.
Please cover: capital cost options, the operating model (council-run vs third-party operator), alignment with our Climate Action Plan 2023–2028, available grant funding, and equity of access across the municipality.
I need it on the agenda for the 18 March Council meeting. Refer to the attached NoM and the draft Transport Strategy.
