Tracy Anthony — The Architect

Tracy started as an admin assistant and worked her way through every level of an organisation. Technical writer. Business analyst. Solutions architect. Agile lead. Product owner. Service delivery lead. CEO of Australia’s first community-owned wind farm. Now, AI founder.
In 35 years she’s presented in boardrooms, built and operated businesses, implemented industry-scale systems, established methodologies, delivered massive system implementations, and led teams of business analysts, project managers, and technologists. She’s deregulated energy markets at AGL, deployed enterprise HRIS for 5,500 employees at Origin, and delivered a 90-day AI transformation with 90% ROI at go-live.

Dr Dennis Wollersheim — The Catalyst

Dennis is a data scientist, researcher, and relentless experimenter who thinks about intelligence at a fundamental level. He has a PhD in Computer Science and 53 peer-reviewed publications. He was the Principal Analyst for Victoria’s COVID-19 data response. He teaches at RMIT. He shows AI to everyone — researchers, builders, his retired friends — because he genuinely cannot help himself.
But the degree that shaped how he works isn’t the PhD — it’s the Bachelor of Social Work. He listens differently from most technologists. He believes the best client relationships start with listening so well that people trust you completely. His teaching philosophy: don’t tell people what AI can do — show them what they can do with it.
Where Tracy builds cities, Dennis names what kind of city it should be. His gift is making the complex feel accessible — the PhD worn like a t-shirt, not a suit.
