How long does a typical engagement take?
Most of our engagements run 60–90 days from kickoff to go-live. Our largest engagement to date — Carer Solutions, which included migrating 400,000+ files across 20 SharePoint sites, building 7 compliance registers, and decommissioning legacy tools — was completed in 90 days. Traditional consultancies typically quote 6–12 months for similar scope. The difference is AI-augmented delivery: AI handles the heavy data processing while humans make the decisions that matter.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. Our ideal clients are mid-market organisations with 10–200 staff and $15M–$100M turnover, but we regularly work with smaller organisations facing complex operational challenges. Every engagement is scoped individually based on complexity and scope. We provide a clear Statement of Commitment before any work begins — you’ll know exactly what you’re getting and what it costs. Can you work with our existing systems?
Absolutely — and we prefer it. We specialise in making existing systems work better together rather than ripping everything out. We’re platform-agnostic and work with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Salesforce, MYOB, Xero, Power BI, and dozens of other tools. We assess what you have, identify what’s working and what isn’t, and build integration where it actually matters.
What industries do you specialise in?
We work across disability and community services, education, government, not-for-profits, and more — 16 organisations across 7 industries and growing. But honestly, what connects our clients isn’t the industry — it’s the type of challenge: disconnected systems, scattered data, compliance pressure, and talented people wasting time on manual processes.
How is AI actually used in your work?
AI augments our consulting work — it doesn’t replace human judgement. Specifically, we use AI to: analyse large data sets (like scanning 400,000 files to identify what matters), extract patterns from historical records (turning years of compliance tickets into structured knowledge), automate repetitive workflows (Power Automate, M365), and accelerate documentation and delivery. Every important decision is made by humans. AI does the heavy lifting so we can focus on the thinking.
What happens after you leave?
You run it yourselves — that’s the whole point. We build turnkey solutions designed for your team to operate independently. Every engagement includes knowledge transfer and training. We don’t create dependency. If you need ongoing strategic support, we offer quarterly reviews, but the system works without us. Our Carer Solutions client has been running their new environment independently since go-live.
What makes you different from other AI consultants?
