What happens
Before we arrive
You fill out a short pre-work questionnaire (20 minutes). We review your systems, org chart, and pain points so we hit the ground running.
On-site: 4 hours
We walk your floor. We watch how your team actually works — not what the process docs say, what actually happens. We look at your systems, your data flows, your manual workarounds. We ask the questions nobody’s asked before.
After the visit: 1–2 weeks
We analyse what we found — mapping your systems, scoring opportunities, identifying the three things that will make the biggest difference. Then we write it up.
Delivery call: 1 hour
We walk you through the report. What we found, what we’d do, what it would cost if you wanted us to do it. No pressure. The report is yours either way.
