Where does AI fit in your business?

Most businesses we talk to fall into one of two camps. Neither is better or worse — they just need different things from us.

Which sounds like you?

This is the first question we ask every client. Your answer shapes everything.

“We have problems to solve.”

Type A — Problem Solvers

Your systems don’t talk. Your team is buried in manual work. Compliance is eating your time. You need someone to diagnose the problem and fix it.

  • You want outcomes, not AI training
  • You’d rather we handle the technology
  • You know something’s broken but not exactly where
  • You’ve been told “AI can help” but nobody’s shown you how

“We want to become AI-capable.”

Type B — AI Adopters

You know AI matters. You want your team using it confidently — with proper guardrails. Capability, not dependency.

  • You want your people running AI themselves
  • You need governance before you scale
  • You’ve got the tools but not the know-how
  • You want training that sticks, not a one-off demo

Not sure? That’s fine — most clients start as one and discover they need elements of both. The conversation sorts it out.

Either way, the next step is the same.

A free discovery conversation. 30 minutes, no pitch. We listen to what’s actually happening, figure out whether we can help, and tell you honestly either way.

Want a documented assessment?

Some people prefer a structured output before they commit to a conversation. That’s what this is for.

Capability Roadmap

A structured assessment of where AI fits in your organisation. Not a 60-page strategy document — a clear, actionable roadmap.

  • Your current position (Type A, Type B, or both)
  • Where the highest-value opportunities are
  • What to do first, second, third
  • What it would cost to do it properly
  • What you can do yourself vs what needs help

Common questions

Do I need to understand AI to work with you?
No. Most clients come to us specifically because they don’t. That’s the point — you shouldn’t need to understand the technology to get value from it.
What does the free discovery call actually involve?
30 minutes, via Teams. You tell us what’s going on. We ask questions, listen properly, and tell you honestly whether we can help. No slides, no pitch deck, no obligation. If someone else can help better, we’ll tell you that too.
What if I’m not ready to start yet?
That’s fine. The discovery call isn’t a sales conversation — it’s a diagnostic. Some clients talk to us six months before they’re ready to move. The conversation helps you figure out when the timing is right.
Will AI replace my staff?
We’re not here to replace your people — we’re here to free them from the dross. If you use 0% of AI, you’re missing out. If you use 100%, you end up with slop. We find the right balance.
What industries do you work with?
We don’t specialise in one industry — we specialise in the problem. Disconnected systems, manual processes, and compliance headaches show up everywhere. We’ve worked across disability and community services, education, government, not-for-profits, and more — 16 organisations across 7 industries. If your organisation runs on systems that don’t talk to each other and people filling the gaps, we can probably help.
How is this different from other AI consultancies?
We start with discovery, not assumptions. We fix the plumbing before layering AI. We show our working. You keep everything we create. And if we can’t help, we say so. Discovery-first, not fly-in/fly-out.
