What is Claude Code — and who this training is for
Claude Code is the most powerful AI coding tool available. It works in your terminal, reads and edits your codebase, and connects to your databases, APIs, and file systems through MCP. It is a long way past autocomplete.
This training is for people who write code — Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar — and want AI to do real work in their own environment. If you have used ChatGPT or Copilot but want the power tools rather than the guided tour, and you want to understand how Claude Code actually works rather than watch a demo, this is for you. You should be comfortable on the command line and have some coding experience.
