Tracy Anthony is a solutions architect who has spent 35 years inside enterprise systems — energy market deregulation at AGL, HRIS for 5,500 staff at Origin, running Australia’s first community-owned wind farm. If your question is about systems that don’t talk to each other, data that lives in seven spreadsheets, or whether AI can actually help your operation, Tracy will probably be the one who replies.
Dr Dennis Wollersheim has been pulling apart how computers think for 40 years. PhD in computer science, 53 peer-reviewed publications, the data architect behind Victoria’s COVID-19 response. If your question is about Claude Code, training, research workflows, or what’s technically possible, it lands with Dennis.
We’re based in Melbourne and we work Australia-wide. Every enquiry is read and answered personally, usually within 24 hours; if you catch us mid-workshop it might be the next morning.

First, we read what you sent — properly. If you’ve described a problem, expect a couple of genuine questions back rather than a brochure.
Then we offer a free 30-minute conversation. That’s a real conversation, not a disguised pitch. We’ll ask where the work is piling up, where the manual handoffs are, what you’ve already tried. You’ll get our honest read on whether AI helps your situation — and just as honestly, whether it doesn’t. We tell roughly a third of the people we talk to that they don’t need us yet, and what to do instead.
If there is a fit, you’ll know exactly what the next step costs before you commit to it. Sometimes that’s a training session for you or your team. Sometimes it’s a half-day diagnostic of one stubborn process. It’s never a vague proposal with a number you have to ask for.
