Spec & Allergen Concierge

Answers spec, allergen, and COA questions from your approved documents only, quoting the source document and section on every line — and refusing to answer when the approved pack is incomplete, so customer service and sales stop waiting on one experienced person.

The problem it solves

Spec, allergen, label, and COA questions bounce across folders and colleagues until they land on the one QA lead who knows where everything is. The delay slows customers, sales, and auditors, and concentrates risk in a single person's memory.

This pattern makes the approved specs, allergen statements, COAs, and SOPs searchable, and drafts first-pass answers with the exact document name and section cited on every claim. Retrieval is bounded to approved files, so it is safer than open-ended chatbot use: when the source pack does not fully answer, it says so and routes to QA rather than inferring. Outbound answers are reviewed before they go.

What it would cost for your org

Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed dates.

The cost band reflects the engagement shape, not a per-feature line item. We work on fixed scope, fixed price, fixed dates — see the services catalogue for what falls inside each band.

Engagement band
A bite-sized first piece → pilot build → embedded support. Start small, scale on proof — most builds land in the pilot band.

Considering this for your org?

The honest place to start is a bite-sized first piece — one contained change, low risk. Tell us where it hurts; we’ll play it back, scope it, and show you what’s possible.
